Eligibility for Refund/Exchange:
Refunds/Exchanges are applicable only if you receive a damaged or defective item.
A complete unboxing Video within 7 days of receiving your order clearly showing the damaged item ,is crucial for processing your refund/exchange request. We reserve the right to refuse any refund/exchange if we deem the evidence to be insufficient.
How to Request a Refund/Exchange:

Refund Process:

Once we receive your request and verify the evidence, we’ll initiate the refund process. Refund amount will exclude shipping charges.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. We will reach out to you regarding this if required.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchange Process:

Once we receive your request and verify the evidence, we’ll arrange the return pickup followed by replacement delivery.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that cancellations are not allowed once your order has been confirmed. We strongly recommend that you thoroughly review all photographs, descriptions, and dimensions of the product before placing your order.
